The “Guess the Logo” competition is a core part of the GCNFTC utility. The idea behind the competition is to bring awareness to the various projects building on Cardano through our NFT collection while rewarding our NFT holders with premium blue chip CNFT assets.
Community Treasury (Coming Soon)
The Ghostchain NFT Club treasury will be a public community multi-sig wallet that helps fund the utility and further development of the GCNFTC ecosystem of projects (including the incubation of CNFT projects by GCNFTC holders).
A portion of all GCNFTC secondary sales are stored in the wallet and is used to buy blue chip CNFTs on the open market every week. These CNFTs are then distributed to a GCNFTC holder bi-weekly via our “Guess the Logo” campaign and other community activities (e.g. Discord participation)
Community Portfolio (Coming Soon)
GCNFTC Portfolio is a collection of CNFTs purchased by the GCNFTC Treasury. Every week, via a community vote, we go to secondary CNFT marketplaces to purchase blue chip CNFTs to expand our portfolio of assets.
The portfolio was set up with the primary purpose of putting as many blue chip CNFTs in the hands of as many GCNFTC holders as we possibly can. These include digital assets such as digital PFPs, music & videos NFTs, virtual lands, and much more!

- Exclusive and priority access to future “stealth” roadmap activations and companion NFTs.
- Last and certainly not the least, free access to the GCNFTC Academy – a step by step video course that shows you how to launch your own CNFT project from start to finish.
Since ownership of at least 1 GCNFTC is required to access the Academy, our holders are essentially resellers for our CNFT courses. Not financial advice, but please keep this in mind when you consider selling your GCNFTC as this knowledge is currently worth its weight in gold! Don’t sell yourself short for a quick flip.
What Wallet can I use to Mint a GCNFTC?
Please only use Cardano native compatible wallets (Daedalus, Yoroi, Nami, CCVault, GeroWallet, Flint, Typhon, and CardWallet). Do not send ADA from an exchange. If you attempt to purchase a GCNFTC from an exchange, the CNFT will be lost and we can’t help you with a refund.
Is the Community Treasury & Portfolio Live?
Both the community treasury and portfolio are NOT live at the moment and would only go live when we have a fully functional decentralized multi-sig community wallet and DAO.

What is a "Multi-Sig Wallet"?
A multi-signature wallet (“multisig” for short) is a cryptocurrency wallet that requires two or more individuals to sign and send a transaction. This means only decisions that are unanimously agreed upon by the majority will be made.
By requiring more than one signature to transfer funds, multisig wallets provide enhanced security, removes centralization, eliminates “rug pulls”, and allows for honest and impartial decision-making.
What are the rules regarding Intellectual Property / Licensing Rights?
GCNFTC holders have commercial rights to their specific Ghost character(s). You can make derivatives of it, sell its likeness or create fan arts of it. It’s yours.
Can I use the Ghostchain NFT Club logo?
We’ve given licensing rights over for the Ghost characters, but not our logo, names, site images, or other marketing material. Basically, if it isn’t your Ghost character, it isn’t your Intellectual Property.

How will you fund the Community treasury
The GCNFTC Treasury will be funded every week using a portion of the royalties (i.e. 4.9%) from all secondary market sales.
Please keep in mind you may see a message in various marketplaces stating “This project is receiving 7% royalties which goes back to the creator with each sale!”, however, this is incorrect as we will be allocating 4.9% to the treasury with only 2.1% going to GCNFTC team.
Funds will be deposited in the community wallet every Friday by 1:00 AM UTC (i.e. 8:00 PM EST).
In the future, will plan to introduce a “DAO” (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) with multi-sig functionality that controls the community treasury and CNFT portfolio.
